Beginners Graphic Design

Introducing Graphic Design for Beginners, at Cooley High (The Crib). “Graphic Design with Adobe Illustrator: Beginner Course” is a hands-on, 4-week introduction to the world of digital design, tailored for youth ages 12 and up. Students will explore essential design principles while learning how to use Adobe Illustrator—the industry-standard vector design software. Each 60-90 minute weekly session builds technical skills and creativity through fun, guided projects like logos, icons, posters, and final brand presentations. By the end of the course, students will have a portfolio of original work and the confidence to continue exploring graphic design on their own.

Spots are limited to 10 at the moment as I want to give each student the attention needed to grasp this skill right away. Students must have a standard laptop of their own capable of running Adobe Illustrator to complete this course. Upon registration, instructions will be sent out on how to download Adobe Illustrator.
